Conference Committee
The Conference Committee is responsible for organising SOG’s annual symposium in close cooperation with the Board. Members are directly involved in coordinating speakers, working with partners and managing the many moving parts that come with organising a conference.
The committee is made up of four members who each take on a clear role within the team. Together, they handle everything from finances and sponsorships to promotion and on-the-day logistics. Being part of the Conference Committee offers a valuable opportunity to gain experience in event organisation, professional communication, and teamwork.
The roles within the committee are Chair, Secretary, Treasurer / Commercial, and PR / Logistics.
